Very preliminary RHEL7/CentOS7 SIOS base support

This is rebasing our SIOS tech atop RHEL7/CentOS7. Very early stage, pre-alpha, lots of debugger windows open … but …

Dracut is giving me a few fits, but I’ve finished that side for the most part, and am now into the debugging the post-pivot environment. Good times, as we can use the rebase for our RHEL7 appliances for Ceph and GlusterFS as well as others (RHEV/OpenShift).
